DISCOVER
This first stage of our UX design process is where we carry out our extensive research to gain valuable insight on the overall design and functionality of the product. The Discover stage comprises studying and examination of the target audience, business goals and requirements and full scrutiny of technical constraints and finding the best solutions to overcome them.

DEFINE
To be able to build a meaningful and a useful product, one first needs to recognize and fully comprehend context for the existence of the product. This definition stage sets the foundation and the tone of how the final product is going to be like. Our UX designers brainstorm different ideas and concepts around the product that will be in perfect alignment with target audience and business goals and requirements. This stage kicks off the designing process.

When the user and business requirements and expectations from the product are fully grasped and understood, the process moves into the product design phase. This stage of the overall UX design process is a highly creative and collaborative phase of the process. The design activities include creation and development of the Information Architecture (IA) to the actual UI design.

This stage involves usability tests on all the aspects, functionalities and features of the product. Final check on the product’s user experience, ensuring the information architecture is in perfect order, the product and data flow is seamless and the product is aligned with the business metrics and user expectations. An ultimate scrutiny of style guides, sheets scripts and graphic elements down to the minute details to make sure the delivery version of the product is an epitome of perfection both in functionality and design.
